Neuro Fit classes in real time from the comfort of your own space
Our live, online classes give you everything you’d get from an in-person class without having to set foot in the clinic! With Neuro Fit’s online classes, you see your physiotherapist right there in front of you in real time, training alongside and teaching you and the other class participants in real-time for maximum motivation and results.
Classes are live streamed to any device, whenever, wherever, so if you struggle to find the time to attend the clinic or have other commitments, there’s always a way to squeeze in your Neuro Fit class.
Neuro Fit classes need very little equipment and start at £6 per class. Classes can be purchased as single sessions or via a monthly subscription.

1st of December🎄 and we throw back to last week where we started our Christmas festivities with a study day and Christmas meal.
It was great to take a pause and catch up with the team, presenting different case studies and feedback from courses throughout the year.
We themed our afternoon around chronic fatigue and had some fantastic speakers including Nutritionalist Robyn Puglia and Psychotherapist Gerry Harris and poignant feedback from one of our chronic fatigue clients.
And last but not least we were hosted by the fantastic 64 degrees for a meal to remember!
