Neuro Fit was conceived by Nikki Penny, a specialist neurological physiotherapist with the belief that you can be fit and strong with a neurological condition.
Not only did Nikki go on to create her Neuro Fit programme now delivered across three platforms; on demand classes, online virtual classes and in-person classes, she went onto create a course for therapists to learn about Neuro Fit.
Now with two nationally recognised programmes; Become a Neuro Fit Therapist and the newly released in 2024, the Upper Limb Hybrid course. Delivered in-person with vast supporting content via the Digital course programmes.
