Neuro Fit was conceived by Nikki Penny, a specialist neurological physiotherapist with the belief that you can be fit and strong with a neurological condition.
Not only did Nikki go on to create her Neuro Fit programme now delivered across three platforms; on demand classes, online virtual classes and in-person classes, she went onto create a course for therapists to learn about Neuro Fit.
The ‘Become a Neuro Fit Therapist’ course is a nationally recognised programme delivered both in-person and digitally.
