UPPER LIMB HYBRID

The Neuro Fit Team are excited to launch their Upper Limb strength course.

Delivered in 3 modules, the course consists of one full day of in-person training, plus video learning and an invite to a closed Facebook group where you can ask questions and link in with the team for a monthly Neuro Natter.

When: Saturday 14^th September

Where: Brunel University, Uxbridge, UB8 3PH.

Format: A day of live In-Person training followed by access to the digital course and supported learning over the course of three months with a WhatsApp group and scheduled zoom meetings to discuss with the Neuro Fit Team.
