FIRST APPOINTMENT
We require all new In Person Neuro Fit clients to book a First Appointment. This 30 minute virtual appointment, delivered over Zoom with one of our specialist neurological physiotherapists is where we ask lots of questions! This appointment allows the team to review fitness levels, stability, flexibility, strength, power and cardiovascular ability. The Neuro Fit team then pools their knowledge to provide recommendation of an appropriate Neuro Fit class.
